who is behind InsideTeaching?
InsideTeaching is written by an experienced elementary school teacher with grave concerns about the current state of public education in the United States. She has a BA and a credential from the University of California, Berkeley, and is planning to pursue a career in administration.
Having taught in some of the lowest performing districts in the United States, she has come to believe that it is her responsibility to give a voice to the students who are not being served by our current system. In the interest of protecting these students, as well as her job, she has chosen to remain anonymous.
